Gurgaon, Noida and Sohna. The NCR has an approximate population of 30 million people. Kavit lived and worked in California,
USA, and moved to India when it began opening its doors to global business and global competition. Prior to Laroia & Company,
Kavit was the Managing Director of a publicly traded company (IRPLAST Adhesives) and a Director of a privately held real estate
development company, Landmark Estates Pvt. Ltd.

and a businesswoman with 40 years of experience in the real estate industry. While real estate acquisition and development
have been her primary focus, her other business initiatives have included developing companies in the media, hospitality and
education sectors.
