Rajiv Laroia is a Massachusetts licensed broker. He is the Chair of the Real Estate Committee of Massachusetts Society of CPAs (MSCPA) and the Treasurer of the Board of Greater Boston Association of Realtors (GBAR). He also serves on the Board of Directors of Massachusetts Association of Realtors (MAR) and is a member of the Finance Committee of Greater Boston Real Estate Board (GBREB). He holds an MBA degree in Finance and is a CPA licensed in the state of CA. He assists clients with the purchase, sale and lease of residential and commercial properties including single family homes, condominiums, multi-family units, office buildings, strip malls, retail stores and hotels/motels.

Rajiv combines his understanding of clients' needs, lifestyles and expectations with his knowledge of the market to develop "game plans" that maximize the likelihood of success for buyers and sellers. His expertise in real estate tax and finance brings a value-added perspective to all client transactions. He is adjunct faculty at University of Houston, Clearlake and gives seminars on the real estate market to CPAs and other professionals seeking to buy or sell real estate.

Rajiv is an entrepreneur who has developed three start-up companies collaborating with institutions such as Boston University and Tenet Healthcare and raised multi-million dollars in private equity. Prior to his entrepreneurial initiatives, he was a senior executive with Kaiser Permanente and Fallon Healthcare System where he successfully translated customer and market needs into winning strategies and products.

Rajiv is active in the local community and has served on Boards and Committees of various Boston based non-profit organizations including the Museum of Fine Arts, United India Association (UIA), Lions International Boston Host Club and Indian American Forum for Political Education (IAFPE). Presently, he chairs the Real Estate Special Interest group (SIG) within TIE and is a Board member of the Indian Association of Greater Boston (IAGB).

He also mentors other entrepreneurs and has hosted "business open house" for executive MBA students from Switzerland in collaboration with the Swiss Consulate in Boston.
